Overview The Cooler Master Cold Plate Module Kit provides single cold plate module direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology that targets hotspots on the GPU and CPU dies to ensure they operate at optimal performance longer to accelerate artificial intelligence, highpower computing, and compute-dense enterprise data center applications, from LLM inference and training to data processing.
