Unfold the Power of Water

2.5 MW Liquid-to-Liquid In-Row CDU

Overview The Cooler Master 2.5 MW Liquid-to-Liquid In-Row Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) manages a 2,500-kW heat load. The CDU effectively segregates the primary and secondary loops using two parallel brazed-plate heat exchangers (BPHEs). This enables high-capacity liquid cooling in data centers, providing significantly higher power and compute density. The high-efficiency heat exchanger can produce an approach temperature difference (ATD) of 5 degrees Celsius with 2,500 kW heat dissipation.
