The Internal to External USB 3.0 Adapter can be used to connect an internal 19Pin USB 3.0 cable, leading to the front USB 3.0 ports, to external USB 3.0 ports. Thanks to the Cooler Master USB 3.0 Internal to External Adapter, the latest cases are now backwards compatible with first gen USB 3.0 motherboards that lack an internal USB 3.0 header. Alternatively, it can be used to enable front USB 3.0 ports on motherboards without USB 3.0 support by connecting them to external USB2.0 ports. (front USB 3.0 ports will run at USB 2.0 speeds)
