1. About the Giveaway

The sponsor of this Survey Participation Giveaway is [Cooler Master Technology Inc.] on behalf of itself and its affiliates (collectively, “Cooler Master”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. THIS CAMPAIGN IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Entry Period: The campaign begins on Aug 8, 2025 and ends on Aug 31, 2025.(8AM, UTC-7) Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

Winner will be announced within Sep 2025, and the prize will be sent to the winner no later than Oct 2025.

2. Eligibility

The Survey Participation Giveaway is only open to followers who fill out the HAF survey between Aug 8, 2025 and ends on Aug 31, 2025.(8AM, UTC-7).

Participants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- Have an active public Facebook, Instagram or X account at the time of entry; and
- Follow Cooler Master Facebook, Instagram or X.
- Use the official campaign hashtag #OneCM2025 in their submission.

Residents of Afghanistan, Belarus, Israel, North Korea, Myanmar, Russian Federation, Sudan, South Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen are not eligible to participate in the campaign and the entry by the above residents is void where prohibited by law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, participation is void where prohibited by law in any country or jurisdiction, whether or not listed above. Employees of Cooler Master are not eligible to participate. The campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Agreement to Terms

By entering the campaign, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and accept the decisions made by Cooler Master as the Sponsor of the campaign as final and binding in all matters relating to this campaign. You confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. Any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding the campaign must be directed solely to Cooler Master.

4. How to Participate

Participants will:
- Answer all the questions on HAF survey.

5. Display of Selected Entries

By entering the campaign, you acknowledge and agree that your answer will be consider as Cooler Master’s new development ideas and for other relevant purposes. Submitting the survey Does not imply endorsement or guarantee of winning.

6. Submission Requirements

Entries must meet all specified requirements to be eligible for a prize. Cooler Master reserves the right to disqualify any submissions that are incomplete, do not adhere to the rules, or are suspected of fraudulent behavior. Each participant may submit only one entry per account. Any attempt to circumvent the rules, including use of fake accounts or automated tools, may result in disqualification at Cooler Master’s sole discretion.

7. Prizes

The winner will receive One Steam gift card valued at USD 20 (or the local currency equivalent, based on the winner’s country of residence), subject to Steam’s regional availability and terms. Prize details are determined solely by Cooler Master and are subject to change at Cooler Master’s sole discretion.

We will announce the winners on Cooler Master’s Instagram (@coolermaster). Winners must respond within 7 calendar days of the announcement; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited and no alternate winners will be selected.

No cash alternatives or prize substitutions are allowed.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or assigned to any other party.

All prize-related taxes and expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Cooler Master reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and charges from the prize, and request necessary documentation if and to the extent required by law.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Cooler Master the right to use his/her name, image and social media page for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Display & Usage Rights

By participating, participants grant Cooler Master and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the submitted content solely for marketing, promotional, and product development purposes. You confirm that your content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights. If infringement occurs, you agree to indemnify Cooler Master against all claims or damages arising therefrom or relating thereto.

9. Conduct and Disqualification

Cooler Master reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

- contain offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, or unlawful content;
- infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights;
- are generated or boosted by bots, automation tools, or deceptive practices.

All submissions must reflect genuine participation. Abuse of campaign rules will result in immediate disqualification at Cooler Master's discretion.

General Conditions & Acceptance of Terms

Cooler Master reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in order to maintain the integrity and intent of the campaign. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms outlined herein.

This campaign is governed by the laws of Taiwan, and all participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Taiwan.
