*To ensure your MasterHUB functions properly, please follow the steps below to download the companion software and complete the initial firmware update.
STEP 2
Connect the device to your computer. We recommend using the Type-C to Type-C cable included in the package.
STEP 3
Double-click the MasterHUB icon on your desktop to launch the application.
STEP 4
• Click the settings icon on the header
• Enter the device firmware settings
STEP 5
• Press the "Check All Modules" button
• If outdated firmware is detected, click “Update” to ensure all modules are running the latest version
