1. About the Activation

The sponsor of this UGC Activation is [Cooler Master ] on behalf of itself and its affiliates (collectively, “Cooler Master”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. THIS CAMPAIGN IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Entry Period: The campaign begins on May 20, 2025 and ends on May 23, 2025, during the Cooler Master Computex event. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered. Winner will be announced within May 2025, and the prize will be shipped to the winner no later than July 2025.

2. Eligibility

The UGC activation is only open to visitors who attend the Cooler Master Computex event between May 20 and May 23, 2025.

Participants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- Have an active public Instagram account at the time of entry;
- Follow @coolermaster on Instagram;
- Use the official campaign hashtag #OneCM2025 in their submission.

3. Agreement to Terms

By entering the campaign, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and accept the decisions made by Cooler Master as the Sponsor of the campaign as final and binding in all matters relating to this campaign. You confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. Any questions, concerns, or disputes regarding the campaign must be directed solely to Cooler Master.

4. How to Participate

Participants will:
- create original content (e.g., photo or video) during the Cooler Master Computex event that showcases your experience at the Cooler Master booth;
- share the content on social media using the official hashtag #OneCM2025 and tag the official Cooler Master account;
- scan one of the QR codes available throughout the booth to confirm your participation and submit your contact details via the form.
All content will be featured in real time on the Taggbox Wall on landingpage.

5. Display of Selected Entries

By entering the campaign, you acknowledge and agree that selected UGC entries may be featured on Cooler Master’s official Computex 2025 campaign page and other associated digital platforms for promotional purposes. The selection of featured content will be at Cooler Master’s sole discretion. Display of content does not imply endorsement or guarantee of winning.

6. Submission Requirements

Entries must meet all specified requirements to be eligible for a prize. Cooler Master reserves the right to disqualify any submissions that are incomplete, do not adhere to the rules, or are suspected of fraudulent behavior. Each participant may submit only one entry per account. Any attempt to circumvent the rules, including use of fake accounts or automated tools, may result in disqualification at Cooler Master’s sole discretion.

7. Prizes

The winner will receive one (1) Cosmos Infinity 30th Anniversary Edition chassis (case only, components excluded). Prize details are determined solely by Cooler Master and are subject to change at Cooler Master’s sole discretion.

No cash alternatives or prize substitutions are allowed.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or assigned to any other party.

All prize-related taxes and expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. Cooler Master reserves the right to withhold and deduct such taxes and charges from the prize, and request necessary documentation if and to the extent required by law.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Cooler Master the right to use his/her name, image and social media page for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Display & Usage Rights

By participating, participants grant Cooler Master and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the submitted content (with credit where feasible) for promotional, institutional, and marketing purposes—across any Cooler Master-owned media channels including social platforms, websites, promotional materials, and presentations. You confirm that your content is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights. If infringement occurs, you agree to indemnify Cooler Master against all claims or damages arising therefrom or relating thereto.

9. Conduct and Disqualification

Cooler Master reserves the right to disqualify entries that:
- contain offensive, discriminatory, pornographic, or unlawful content;
- infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights;
- are generated or boosted by bots, automation tools, or deceptive practices.

All submissions must reflect genuine participation. Abuse of campaign rules will result in immediate disqualification at Cooler Master's discretion.

10. General Conditions & Acceptance of Terms

Cooler Master reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time in order to maintain the integrity and intent of the campaign. By submitting an entry, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms outlined herein.

This UGC Activation is governed by Taiwan law, and all participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Taiwan.
