Introduction
 Innovative circuitry layout has resulted in industry-leading efficiency levels, thanks to the high performance active clamp switch design, dual-VRM circuit boards for maximized 12V conversion to 5V and 3.3V and re-design of circuit board layout.
The UCP series is meant for powering the high-end system setups; with circuit protection in mind to prolong the life-time of the power supply. Features that enable this includes: soft-start circuitry to limit inrush currents (a Cooler Master unique feature) and the usage of quality components such as solid capacitors and intelligent fan control.

When simulating a possible real world scenario, no matter what I did, or how many applications I ran there was hardly any fluctuation when using the UCP 1100. The power provided is stable and reliable from my testing over the last couple weeks. I’ve never had a crash while running my system well overclocked with the UCP 1100 installed, even when using my overclocked Q6600.

"The Cooler Master UCP line of power supplies are currently available in three wattages; 700, 900 & 1100. I'll be reviewing The Cooler Master UCP 1100W Power Supply model which has more than enough power, even for hardcore computer systems. the peak amps on each rail. The +3.3V & +5V rails are both 25A. There are six +12V rails, the first two are 20A each & the others are 22A each. If you are reading this review and actually know you need this much power, then I can’t fault the performance of the 1100W UCP and would actually recommend it. For everyone else I would recommend that you check out the 700W version of the UCP line, as it is more suited to the average system and it is smaller and cheaper to boot.
