The idea of this product is really great. Even though we didn??t have a digital thermometer to make some temperature tests, we used it for sometime and the NotePal was always cold, and our notebook was always cool. For us, that is what a user is interested to know: the product works.

This is a cool product that really does work also by cooling your laptop down a little bit and creating more stability and longer lifetime for your laptop. It was well packed and it's fairly quiet also, the only thing I can "complain" about is that it's not available in a black color to match the laptops. It's a simple product but it still saves you money in the long run with most likely a longer lifetime on the laptop. Overall we give this product 5 out of 5 and our recommendations for a simple product that saves you money in the long run and gives you laptop more stability especially now during the hot summer.
