Cooler Master Real Power Pro RS-A00-EMBA is an excellent 1000W power supply that easily yields its full output power and remains quiet under high loads. If the load is less than half the maximum, this PSU is almost silent. Quite a rare case, I have found virtually no drawbacks in this product. If you need a PSU with such a huge wattage, the model from Cooler Master is going to be an excellent choice.

Real Power Pro offers 2 additional +12V rails, a quieter design, and a smaller form factor - all of which are very important things to consider when purchasing a power supply.

Cooler Master may not be a name associated with high end performance power supplies, but as we have seen in this review, Cooler Master definitely deserves a place among the long time

The Real Power Pro 1000W incorporates all the features one would expect in a high end power supply: excellent performance, a beautiful finish, sleeved wires, and last but not least, quiet operation. This power supply also includes the new 8-pin PCI-Express connector as a native option rather than supplying an adapter. With big names such as OCZ, Antec, Silverstone, and so on, Cooler Master may not be a name associated with high end performance power supplies, but as we have seen in this review, Cooler Master definitely deserves a place among the long time

Summary:
It's easy to say that 1000W and up power supplies are overkill, but lately, with offerings like this Cooler Master, it's also easy to say that if you want the best voltage regulation, efficiency and low noise in a unit that will last you through any and all of your hardware upgrades, a 1000W unit may very well be the way to go. I honestly came into this review somewhat pesimistic knowing the typically mediocre performance of Enhance 1000W units. I come out of this review admitting I was wrong. Enhance can build an excellent 1000W that easily stacks up against units from Ultra, SilverStone and Thermaltake.

"The Cooler Master Real Power Pro 1000W Power Supply has more than enough power for even the most hardcore computer systems. Unlike some PSUs that have two or four +12V rails, this product has six. +12V1, 2, 5 & 6 are 18A each and the +12V3 & 4 are 28A each. With excellent performance, lots of watts and a quiet fan this power supply is sure to please.

It's size is unique to its class. Most one kilowatt and greater units are elongated to allow for more circuitry or cooling.
