Cooler Master will send out plentiful prizes to COSMOS owners / users during the activity period. From 3rd Sept, 2007 to 28th Sept, 2007, you are qualified to join the lucky draw activity as long as your creations or comments are approved by Cooler Master.

The topic of your creations can be professional if you want to play a role of professional product reviewer. Of course, the topic can be case modding, fun and amusing if you want your works to be the most popular and creative during the event. All of them can make you have a chance to get grand prizes.

1.Details of The Contest:

1.1 Getting Started:
It's your chance to win incredible prizes. Here's how it works:

(a) First, you must be current CM website members or new registers during the event. Entrants must also satisfy all the requirements set forth in these official rules to be eligible to win the prizes. (Register Cooler Master Member)

(b) Starting Sept. 03rd.2007, you need to either post your articles on the forums that you used to visit (Cooler Master Forum is not included) or upload your video review to video-sharing websites like Youtube.com, Google Video and so forth. The main title of your articles / videos must be [ My Cosmos- subtitle]. After that, you will get the qualification after fulfilling your personal information in the upload page.

(c) Waiting then getting the results!

1.2 Creation Requirement:

(a) If the form of your creations is text. The number of words in the article can't be under 500 words. It must include at least 5 pictures.

(b) If the form of your creations is video. The length of the movie is at least 3 min.

(c) The languages used in the creation can be English, German (Deutsch) , Chinese (中文) and Japanese (日本語).

(d) The creations are not allowed to use abusive language or have improper behavior in order to keep the event order.

1.3 Qualifying Period:
The qualifying period for the review contest is from 03rd Sept 2007 to 28th Sept 2007.

1.4 Draw Dates:
For the first draw on 7th Sept, 2007, five participants will be drawn out from participants who are current CM members or register the activity from 03rd Sept till 07th Sept, 2007, and the winner list will be announced on 10th Sept., 2007 at Cooler Master Website and COSMOS Blog. If you don’t get any luck for the first draw, don’t worry, you may still be our lucky winner for the other draws. For the other draws on 14th / 21st / 28th, Sept, 2007, other twenty-one lucky winners will be drawn out and the winner list will be announced on 17th /24th Sept / 01st Oct. at Cooler Master website.

2. Award List:

2.1 Best Reviewer:
One winner will be chosen every week starting 14th Sept. CM will choose the best review out of all creations based on the professional knowledge and viewpoint that the participators have in the creations.

2.2 Most Creative Participant:
One winner will be chosen every week starting 14th Sept. CM will choose the most creative works based on the topic's originality level and fun.

Note: The two awards above won't be executed if the accumulated amount of participant creations is under 10 units during each week. The two prize winners also can be absent if all of the creations are not qualified. If there are no qualified winners, Cooler Master reserves right to postpone those prizes to the next week. Those prize winners can not be duplicated.

2.3 Most Popular Creation:
One winner will be chosen every week. The event system will accumulate the amount of comments. If the creations are videos which are published in the video-sharing websites, like Youtube.com and Yahoo Video etc, the amount of view will be counted in before every drawing. Every comment at COSMOS Blog needs to be approved by administrator before publishing in order to make sure the content doesn’t violate the official rule.

2.4 Most Active Participant:
One winner will be chosen every week. The system will accumulate the amount of comments. The participant who posts the maximum comments at Comos Blog will get the prize.

2.5 Participation Prize:
Six prize winners will be drawn every week.
(a) If you are CM members and successful to write down one comment at COSMOS Blog,
(b) If one of your creations is approved during the event, you will get a chance to win participation prizes.
Remark: The winners of the three awards above are allowed to be duplicated

Condition and Term

1.The Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity for collection of the prizes,
	and to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a release of liability and publicity within 14
	days of the request, or the prize may be forfeited.
2.If response from a potential winner is not received by the Sponsor within 7 days after the first attempt
	to contact such potential winner, the prize shall be automatically forfeited and another entrant may be
	selected by the Sponsor by way of random drawing from the remaining eligible entrants to win the
	prize in his/her place.
3. Any prize announced may be substituted by similar prize of approximately the same value without
	further notice if any advertised prize becomes unavailable. No prize is exchangeable for cash. Cooler
	Master will be responsible for arranging the transportation for the prize(s).
4.All prize winners shall bear the tax based upon the Law and Governmental Regulations in that area (of
	the specific Countries).
5.Lucky Draw result will be announced on the website next Monday after the lucky draw held and
	winner will be notified by e-mail.
6.By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of
	the judge(s).
7.Entrants are not allowed to use abusive language or have improper behavior in order to keep the
	event law and order.
8.It is allowed that the winners can be duplicated.
9. CM reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without any prior notice. CM has the right
	of interpretation of this official rule.
10.CM has the right of interpretation of this official rule.
11.All personal information submitted by event participants will be treated by Cooler Master (CM) as
	confidential. By joining the event, all participants agree to grant CM the right to publish their names
	and other relevant information on any company promotion materials and the right to use their
	personal information (addresses, fax & telephone numbers) for future promotional mailings.
12. Sponsor has the right to decide if the participators get the eligible entries under the Official Rules.
